The Bon Marché Left Bank; a temple of art and shopping

Event

The Bon Marché department store on the Left Bank invited the Japanese architect and designer Oki Sato to launch the year with his immense talent. His art installation Ame Nochi Hana takes visitors on a wonderful journey through a land of rain and flowers. The third floor of the store also offers more than 300 m2 of superbly furnished private lounges for an intimate shopping experience.

Ame Nochi Hana; an original and very Zen creation

The Nendo studio and Japanese artist Oki Sato, a major figure in contemporary design, present exclusively for the Bon Marché the art installation Ame Nochi Hana (Rain Flowers).
It evokes the natural phenomena of rain and the blossoming of flowers. The artist pays tribute to these manifestations of life and nature by means of various installations which immerse the visitor in an interactive experience.
The only constraint for this project was that it had to respect the colour code, namely white, as a nod to the month of white, which returns at the start of each year!
(From January 12th to February 15th, 2020)

Bespoke shopping support in the private salons of the Bon Marché

Two options of a maximum 3 hours duration are offered. You can request the assistance of a personal shopper who will accompany you during your shopping session or benefit from the services of a stylist who will, following an initial consultation by phone, provide a range of items for you to try on.

The Bon Marché team invites you to enjoy the shopping experience that best suits you in the comfortable environment of its private lounges.
